Directions

Wash fully ripened grapes

Separate pulp and skins

Cook pulp slowly until soft and rub thorough sieve

Combine sieved pulp and skins, combine sugar and flour and add to grape mixture

Add butter and pour into pastry-lined pan

Cover with top crust or with strips of pastry

Bake at 450° F. for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350° F. for 30 minutes or until done
